Svitun

Your outage schedule, always at hand.

Svitun shows when your address in Ukraine is scheduled to be without power today and tomorrow, reminds you ahead of each outage, and tells you when power is expected back. No sign-up, no ads.

  • Coming soon to the App Store
  • Coming soon to Google Play
The Power screen with two Kyiv addresses: “Дім” (home) on Khreshchatyk Street, and one on Bohatyrska Street. Both have power per the schedule and the next outage at 13:00; each shows a strip of the day and a note: 7 hours without power tomorrow.

What Svitun does

  • Today and tomorrow

For every address you save, see when the outages are and how many hours you'll be without power. Tomorrow's schedule appears as soon as the operator publishes it.

  • Timely reminders

A notification 5, 15, 30 or 60 minutes before an outage, whichever suits you. Svitun also lets you know when power is expected back and when the schedule changes.

  • Widgets and the Lock Screen

Whether the schedule has power on and when that changes next, right on your Home Screen, with a countdown on the Lock Screen. No need to open the app.

  • Power in your building

If your Kyiv building has a SvitloBot sensor, you can see whether it has power right now, next to the schedule. Thanks to the project's volunteers.

  • Find your group

Look it up by street and house number, or by the name of your town or village, wherever the operator publishes its address lists. Already know your group? Just enter it.

  • Works offline

The last schedule the app downloaded stays on your phone, so it's there even when you have no connection.
